id Software LLC (/ɪd/) adalah sebuah perusahaan pengembang permainan video Amerika Serikat yang berbasis di Dallas, Texas. Perusahaan tersebut didirikan pada 1 Februari 1991, oleh empat anggota perusahaan komputer Softdisk, programmer John Carmack dan John Romero, perancang permainan Tom Hall, dan artis Adrian Carmack (tak ada hubungan dengan John Carmack).[2] Manajer bisnis Jay Wilbur juga terlibat.[3]
