Moran Mor Ignatius Jacob (Yaʿqub) III (12 Oktober 1913 – 26 Juni 1980) adalah Patriarkh Ortodoks Suryani Antiokhia dan kepala Gereja Ortodoks Suryani ke-121. Ia memiliki keterampilan dan pengetahuan dalam musik sakral Suryani atau Beth Gazo. Ia mendirikan kembali Maphrianate/Catholicate dalam Gereja Kristen Siria Jacobite (Gereja India).
