Igor Sergeyevich Gouzenko (13 Januari 1919 – 28 Juni 1982) adalah juru tulis Kedutaan Besar Soviet untuk Kanada di Ottawa, Ontario. Ia berkhianat pada tanggal 5 September 1945 dengan menyerahkan 109 dokumen aktivitas mata-mata Soviet di Barat.
Pengkhianatannya membuka usaha Joseph Stalin mencuri rahasia senjata nuklir. "Peristiwa Gouzenko" sering dianggap sebagai penyebab terjadinya Perang Dingin.[1]
