Innuendo merupakan album ke empat belas dari kelompok musik asal Inggris Queen. Album ini dirilis pada 5 Februari 1991 setelah prose perekaman pada rentang waktu Maret 1989-November 1990 di metropolis studios, London,Inggris dan Montain studios, Montreux,Switzerland dengan producer Queen dan David Richards. Album ini dibuat setelah Queen merilis album sebelumnya yaitu The Miracle dan menempati posisi 1 di tangga album di Inggris,Italia,Belanda,Switzerland dan Jerman. Album Innuendo sendiri merupakan album terakhir yang dikerjakan Queen dengan Freddie Mercury sang vokalis. Sepuluh bulan setelah album ini dirilis, sang vokalis meninggal dunia karena penyakit AIDS yang dideritanya (November 1991). Album ini menepati posisi 94 dalam daftar album terbaik sepanjang masa versi jajak pendapat yang dilakukan oleh BBC pada tahun 2006.
