Insam-ju (인삼주), juga disebut ginseng suling atau anggur ginseng, adalah sebuah minuman beralkohol yang terbuat dari ginseng. Seperti ginseng itu sendiri, minuman suling tersebut adalah salah satu minuman khas Korea Utara dan Korea Selatan.[1][2]

Minuman suling tersebut dapat disajikan dalam keadaan dingin atau hangat.[3]
