Institut Sains Tokyo (東京科学大学, Tōkyō Kagaku Daigaku) adalah universitas negeri di Tokyo, Jepang. Universitas ini didirikan pada 1 Oktober 2024 melalui penggabungan Institut Teknologi Tokyo (Tokyo Tech) dan Universitas Kedokteran dan Kedokteran Gigi Tokyo (TMDU).[1]

Science Tokyo memiliki enam kampus di wilayah Tokyo Raya, tiga dari bekas Tokyo Tech (Ookayama, Suzukakedai dan Tamachi) dan tiga dari bekas TMDU (Yushima, Kokufudai dan Surugadai).
