Iota Herculis (ι Her / ι Herculis) adalah bintang bersistem banyak dan bermagnitudo 3.82 di rasi bintang Hercules. Bintang ini berada pada jarak 495 tahun cahaya dari Bumi.
Etimologi
Bintang ini memiliki nama Rijl Al Jathiyah yang berarti kaki orang yang berlutut, meskipun posisinya kini ditempatkan pada pangkal lengan Hercules.
