Ismail Mirza (bahasa Persia: اسماعیل میرزا; 31 Agustus 1537 – 1 November 1577), yang kemudian dikenal dengan nama dinasti pertamanya, Ismail II (شاه اسماعیل دوم), adalah Syah Safawiyah ketiga Iran, yang memerintah dari tahun 1576 sampai 1577.
