Issam Makhoul (bahasa Arab: عصام مخول pelafalan dalam bahasa Arab: [ʕiˈsˤaːm maˈχuːl], Ibrani: עיסאם מח'ול; 18 Juli 1952 – 26 Desember 2025) adalah seorang politikus Arab Israel yang menjabat sebagai anggota Knesset untuk Hadash antara 1999 dan 2006. Sebagai Sekretaris Jenderal Maki, dan bersama dengan Komite Pusat dari partai tersebut, ia mengarahkan seluruh kegiatan komunis di Israel serta bertanggung jawab atas hubungan dengan partai-partai komunis di negara-negara lain.
