Itarian

Itarian atau Italian adalah sebuah hidangan yakisoba yang dicampur saus daging khas Niigata, Jepang. Ragam dari hidangan tersebut adalah Italian Kari, yang memakai saus kari menggantikan saus daging. Saus lainnya meliputi saus putih, saus udang cabai, dan saus mābō dōfu (tahu Sichuan pedas). Hidangan tersebut terkadang juga ditambahi dengan keju dan ayam goreng.[1]
