Gaber Ahmed Asfour (bahasa Arab: جابر أحمد عصفور, IPA: [ˈɡæːbeɾ ʕɑsˤˈfuːɾ] (kelahiran 25 Maret 1944 di El-Mahalla El-Kubra, Mesir) adalah seorang profesor Mesir di Universitas Kairo sejak 1966, yang dilantik sebagai Menteri Budaya pada 1 Februari 2011.[3] Ia telah menerbitkan Membalas Fanatisisme, Waktu-Waktu Novel dan Dalam Pertahanan Pencerahan, dan lain-lain.[4][5]
Pada protes Mesir 2011, ia dilantik menjadi menteri budaya. Namun ia mengundurkan diri hanya satu minggu saat menjabat, mengutip masalah kesehatan sebagai alasan untuk pengunduran dirinya.[6]
