John William Casady (lahir 13 April 1944) adalah seorang pemain bass Amerika Serikat, yang dikenal sebagai anggota Jefferson Airplane dan Hot Tuna. Jefferson Airplane menjadi pesohor sukses pertama dari San Francisco Sound. Singel-singelnya yang melipuati "Somebody to Love" dan "White Rabbit", sukses memuncaki tangga lagu pada 1967 dan 1968.
