Jaguar XJ-S (atau Jaguar XJS) adalah grand tourer mewah yang diproduksi oleh produsen Inggris Jaguar tahun 1975 sampai 1996. XJ-S menggantikan E-Type (atau XK-E) bulan September 1975, dan basisnya diambil dari Jaguar XJ. XJS terakhir diproduksi tanggal 4 April 1996 dan terjual sebanyak 115.413 unit. Model ini digantikan XK8.
