Jalur Distrik adalah salah satu jalur London Underground yang membelah London Raya dari timur ke barat. Dari Upminster, terminus paling timur, jalur ini melewati Central London sebelum terbagi menjadi 3 arah ke barat: Ealing Broadway, Wimbledon dan Richmond. Berwarna hijau di peta, jalur ini melayani 60 stasiun dengan panjang jalur 40 mil (64 km).[2] Jalur dan stasiun antara Barking dan Aldgate Timur digunakan bersama dengan Jalur Hammersmith & City, dan antara Tower Hill dan Jalan Gloucester dengan Jalur Lingkar. Beberapa stasiun juga digunakan bersama dengan Jalur Piccadilly. Dari 60 stasiun yang ada, 25 diantaranya di bawah tanah.
Jalur ini merupakan jalur tersibuk kelima di antara semua jalur London Underground dengan lebih dari 208 juta penumpang tahun 2011/12.
