Jalur London Timur adalah salah satu jalur London Overground, rutenya dari utara ke selatan melalui East End, London Docklands dan kawasan London Selatan. Jalur ini sebelumnya merupakan jalur London Underground.

Dibangun tahun 1869 oleh East London Railway Company, yang menggunakan Terowongan Thames yang awalnya ditujukan untuk kereta kuda. Jalur ini menjadi bagian dari London Underground pada tahun 1933. Setelah hampir 75 tahun, jalur ini ditutup pada Desember 2007 untuk dilakukan perbaikan total dan ekspansi, dibuka kembali sebagai jaringan Overground pada April 2010.[5][6][7]Fase 2, yang menghubungkan jalur ini ke Jalur London Selatan dengan terminus di Clapham Junction, dibuka 9 Desember 2012, sehingga membentuk orbital di sekeliling bagian dalam kota London.[8][9]
