James Aratoon Malcolm

James Aratoon Malcolm, kelahiran 1868, adalah seorang finansier, diler senjata dan jurnalis Inggris-Iran Armenia.[1]

Pada awal 1916, ia diangkat oleh George V dari Armenia sebagai salah satu dari lima anggota Delegasi Nasional Armenia untuk memimpin negosiasi saat dan setelah perang, dan perwakilan efektif di London (empat anggota lainnya semuanya berbasis di Paris).[2]

Ia adalah Ketua Royal Thames Yacht Club, dan pada tahun 1894, ia menjadi pendiri British Empire League.[1] Ia dianugerahi sebuah OBE pada tahun 1948.
