Janaki Devi Bajaj
Janaki Devi Bajaj (7 Januari 1893 – 21 Mei 1979) adalah seorang penggiat kemerdekaan India yang ditahan karena ikut serta dalam Gerakan Pembangkangan Sipil pada 1932.
Kehidupan awal dan karier
Ia lahir pada 7 Januari 1893 di Jaora, Madhya Pradesh dalam sebuah keluarga bersuku Marwari di India dan menikahi Jamnalal Bajaj pada usia delapan tahun.[1] Bajaj berusia 12 tahun lebih tua darinya. Suaminya adalah industrialis utama dan pendiri Bajaj Group pada 1926 [2] dan rekan dekat dari Mahatma Gandhi.
