Jatjuk (잣죽) atau bubur kacang pinus adalah salah satu juk (bubur) yang dibuat dengan merebus kacang pinus yang ditumbuk halus dan tepung beras di dalam air.[2][3] Ini adalah hidangan ringan, bergizi, dan mudah dicerna yang sering disajikan untuk pasien yang sedang dalam pemulihan dan orang yang telah lanjut usia.[3][4][5]
