Jean Acker (nee Harriet Ackers; 23 Oktober 1893 – 16 Agustus 1978) adalah seorang aktris film Amerika Serikat dengan karier yang berasal dari era film bisu hingga tahun 1950-an. Dia mungkin paling dikenal sebagai istri bintang film bisu yang terasing Rudolph Valentino.[1]
