Jean-François Stinco (22 Agustus 1975 (umur 50)) adalah seorang musisi Prancis Kanada yang dikenal sebagai gitaris utama dari grup musik Simple Plan. Dia mendapat julukan Jeff, karena banyak teman-temannya sulit untuk mengucapkan Jean-François dan banyak teman-temannya yang tidak bisa berbahasa Prancis. Mereka memanggilnya 'JF', yang menyebabkan Stinco menyingkat namanya menjadi Jeff Stinco.
