Jerome Patrick Flynn (lahir 16 Maret 1963) adalah aktor dan penyanyi Inggris. Ia dikenal sebagai pemeran Kenny "Rambo" Baines dalam film televisi London's Burning (1986), Paddy Garvey dari King's Fusiliers dalam seri Soldier Soldier di ITV, Bronn dalam seri Game of Thrones di HBO, dan Bennet Drake dalam seri Ripper Street.
Ia bersama rekan pemeran Soldier Soldier, Robson Green, membentuk band Robson & Jerome pada paruh akhir 1990-an. Mereka merilis versi daur ulang "Unchained Melody" yang bertahan di puncak tangga lagu UK Chart selama 7 minggu, terjual lebih dari satu juta kopi, dan menjadi singel terlaris tahun 1995.
