Jia Qinglin (Hanzi: 贾庆林; kelahiran Maret 1940) adalah seorang pensiunan pemimpin senior Republik Rakyat Tiongkok dan Partai Komunis-nya. Ia adalah anggota Komite Pendirian Politbiro, badan pemerintahan tertinggi partai tersebut, antara 2002 dan 2012, dan Ketua Komite Nasional Konferensi Konsultatif Politik Rakyat antara 2003 dan 2013.[1]
