Jjamppong adalah sebuah mi kuah pedas Korea yang dicampur dengan makanan laut dan gochugaru (bubuk lada merah).[1] Sebuah bentuk dari jjamppong juga merupakan kekhasan Tionghoa lokal di kota pelabuhan Jepang Nagasaki (lihat Champon). Mi tersebut terbuat dari tepung gandum.[2]
