Joseph Roland Wilkinson (lahir 2 Mei 1975)[1][2] adalah seorang komedian, aktor dan penulis skenario asal Inggris. Ia memulai karier komedinya pada tahun 2004 dan telah menjadi pembuka untuk Alan Carr dan Russell Howard dalam tur.[3] Pada tahun 2006, Wilkinson memenangkan Hackney Empire New Act of the Year.[4]

Wilkinson juga telah beberapa kali tampil di berbagai program televisi seperti Live at the Electric dan telah melakukan tur solo sejak 2011. Ia mulai tampil di 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown pada tahun 2012, awalnya sebagai asisten Rachel Riley. Sejak itu, ia sering menjadi panelis atau kapten tim tamu. Kehidupan awal

Wilkinson lahir di Bromley, putra dari pasangan Stella dan Brian Wilkinson.[5][6] Ia diberi nama sesuai nama kakeknya, Rolan Joseph. Bersama saudaranya, Robert, Wilkinson dibesarkan di desa Kemsing. Ia bersekolah di Tunbridge Wells Grammar School for Boys.[2][7]

Kehidupan pribadi

Wilkinson dan istrinya, Petra Exton, tinggal di Brighton.[8] Dia memiliki seorang anak tiri.[9] Wilkinson menggambarkan hidupnya sebagai "membosankan" tetapi berpendapat bahwa hal itu bermanfaat dalam memberinya materi untuk pertunjukan stand-up-nya.[10]
