Joest Racing (saat ini berkompetisi sebagai Audi Sport Team Joest dan Audi Sport North America) merupakan sebuah tim balap mobil yang didirikan pada tahun 1978 oleh mantan karyawan Porsche Reinhold Joest. Kantor pusat tim ini ada di Wald-Michelbach, Jerman.
Sejak 1984, Joest Racing telah memenangi 24 Hours of Le Mans sebanyak sebelas kali dengan berbagai merek mobil, sekaligus menjadikannya tim tersukses dalam sejarah balap mobil sports. Tim ini juga terkenal dengan tim teknik yang cukup baik sehingga mampu menyiapkan dan menyetel settingan mobil mereka dalam waktu singkat tetapi benar, terutama saat berlangsungnya pit stop.
