John William Arthur OBE (1881, Glasgow – 1952, Edinburgh) adalah seorang misionaris medis dan pendeta Gereja Skotlandia yang bertugas di Afrika Timur Britania (Kenya) dari 1907 sampai 1937. Ia kerap dipanggil dengan panggilan "Dokter Arthur" sepanjang generasi di Afrika.
