John Charles Carney Jr. (lahir 20 Mei 1956) adalah seorang politikus Amerika Serikat yang menjabat sebagai wali kota Wilmington, Delaware sejak 2025. Ia menjadi gubernur Delaware ke-74, yang menjabat dari 2017 sampai 2025. Ia aadalah anggota Partai Demokrat, dan menjabat sebagai anggota DPR dari 2011 sampai 2017. Carney juga merupakan Wakil Gubernur Delaware ke-24 dari 2001 sampai 2009 dan menjabat sebagai Menteri Keuangan Delaware.
