Sir John Douglas Guise GCMG KBE (29 Agustus 1914 – 7 Februari 1991) adalah seorang politikus Papua Nugini yang menjabat sebagai gubernur jenderal pertama Papua Nugini setelah kemerdekaan negara itu dari Australia pada tahun 1975. Sebelum kemerdekaan itu sendiri, Guise adalah pendukung vokal untuk pemisahan diri secara damai dari Australia.
