John Kearsley Mitchell
John Kearsley Mitchell (12 Met 1798 – 4 April 1858) adalah seorang fisikawan dan penulis Amerika, lahir di Shepherdstown, Virginia (sekarang Virginia Barat).
Ia juga merupakan ayah dari fisikawan dan penulis Amerika bernama Silas Weir Mitchell (15 Februari 1829 – 4 Januari 1914).
