John Morey Downs (10 Oktober 1913 – 6 Juni 1994) adalah seorang pemeran cilik, penyanyi dan penari Amerika Serikat. Ia memulai kariernya sebagai pemeran cilik, terutama dengan memerankan Johnny dalam seri film pendek Our Gang dari 1923 sampai 1926. Ia masih aktif dalam perfilman, televisi dan teater sampai awal 1960an.
