Jorbing

Jorbing[1] adalah punggungan lateral atau lidah tanah yang turun dari bukit, gunung atau puncak utama suatu rabung .[2] Hal ini juga dapat diartikan sebagai bukit atau pegunungan lain yang menjorok ke arah lateral dari bukit atau pegunungan utama.[3]
Contoh jorbing meliputi:
- Jorbing Abbott, yang memisahkan ujung bawah Gletser Rutgers dan Gletser Allison di sisi barat Royal Society Range di Victoria Land, Antartika
- Jorbing Boott, subpuncak Gunung Washington
