Joy Mangano lahir 1 Februari 1956)[1], Italia-Amerika, adalah seorang penemu dan wirausahawati Amerika yang dikenal atas penemuan-penemuannya seperti Miracle Mop yang mengepel sendiri.[2][3] Ia adalah presiden Ingenious Designs, LLC, dan giat tampil pada saluran belanja televisi AS HSN. Joy Mangano juga merupakan pengarang INVENTING JOY yang dirilis oleh Simon & Schuster.

Film tahun 2015 Joy berdasarkan pada kehidupannya. Jennifer Lawrence dinominasikan untuk Aktris Terbaik (Oscar) atas perannya sebagai Mangano.[4]
