Julius Mader, alias Thomas Bergner, (7 Oktober 1928 – 17 Mei 2000) adalah seorang yuris, ilmuwan politik, jurnalis dan penulis asal Jerman.
Kehidupan
Mader berasal dari keluarga kelas menengah kebawah.[1] Bersama dengan jutaan etnis Jerman lainnya, keluarganya terpaksa berpindah tempat pada 1945,[1] berakhir di zona pendudukan Soviet dari apa yang tersisa dari Jerman, sebuah kawanan yang dalam prosesnya menjadi Republik Demokratik Jerman.
