Kakigōri

Kakigōri (かき氷) adalah sebuah jenis es serut khas Jepang yang diberi sirup atau pemanis, biasanya susu.[1]

Riwayat

Cikal bakal kakigōri bermula sejak abad ke-11, saat bongkahan-bongkahan es disimpan pada bulan-bulan dingin dan disajikan dengan sirop manis kepada kalangan aristokrat Jepang pada musim panas.[2]
