Kalong seram[2] (Pteropus ocularis) adalah salah satu spesies codot dari keluarga Pteropodidae. Ia adalah hewan endemik pada hutan pengunungan di dua pulau di Indonesia, yaitu Pulau Buru dan Pulau Seram, termasuk Taman Nasional Manusela di Seram. Mereka pernah pula hidup di Pulau Ambon yang berdekatan letaknya, tetapi kemungkinan saat ini tidak lagi. Habitat mereka adalah area seluas kurang dari 20.000 km2, dan terus berkurang karena penebangan pohon. Karena alasan tersebut dan karena perburuan oleh penduduk setempat, spesies ini tergolong dalam kategori rentan dalam IUCN sejak 1996.[3]
