Karl Hermann Frank (24 Januari 1898 – 22 April 1946) adalah seorang perwira Jerman Sudeten Nazi di Protektorat Bohemia dan Moravia sebelum akhir Perang Dunia II. Meraih pangkat Obergruppenführer, ia mengkomandani aparat kepolisian Nazi di Protektorat tersebut, yang meliputi Gestapo, SD, dan Kripo. Setelah perang, Frank diadili, didakwa dan dieksekusi atas peran dalam pembantaian orang-orang di desa-desa Ceko Lidice dan Ležáky.
