Karl Josef Silberbauer (21 Juni 1911 – 2 September 1972) adalah seorang perwira polisi Austria, SS-Oberscharführer (sersan staf), dan penyidik yang menyamar untuk Badan Intelijen Federal Jerman Barat. Silberbauer dikenal atas kegiatannya di Amsterdam ketika diduduki Nazi semasa Perang Dunia II. Pada tahun 1963, Silberbauer, saat itu menjadi seorang inspektur polisi di Wina, terungkap sebagai komandan dalam penyerbuan Secret Annex pada tahun 1944 dan menangkap Anne Frank, rekannya sesama buronan, dan pelindung non-Yahudi mereka.
