Katedral Fort Wayne yang bernama resmi Katedral Santa Perawan Maria Dikandung Tanpa Noda (bahasa Inggris: Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception) adalah sebuah gereja katedral Katolik yang terletak di Fort Wayne, Indiana, Amerika Serikat. Katedral ini merupakan pusat kedudukan utama dari Keuskupan Fort Wayne–South Bend, dipimpin oleh Yang Mulia Mgr. Kevin Carl Rhoades. Paroki ini didirikan pada tahun 1836, menjadikannya paroki tertua di Fort Wayne. Gereja ini didirikan pada tahun 1860.[1]
