Katedral Santo Yohanes Pembaptis [1] (bahasa Spanyol: Katedral San Juan Bautista, Catedral Metropolitana de Iquitos)[2] juga disebut Katedral Iquitos[3][4] adalah sebuah gereja katedral Katolik bergaya neo-Gotik yang terletak di kota Iquitos di Peru, dengan nilai penting di pusat bersejarah kota. Terletak khusus di Iquitos Center di persimpangan jalan Arica dan Putumayo, dan merupakan rumah Uskup Miguel Olaortua Laspra.

Katedral ini adalah milik Gereja Katolik, dan dinyatakan Warisan Budaya Bangsa Peru pada tahun 1996, dan dianggap sebagai ikon perkotaan di Iquitos. Katedral ini berfungsi sebagai pusat kedudukan dan takhta bagi Vikariat Apostolik Iquitos.

Saat ini merupakan tempat ibadah keagamaan tertinggi, dan salah satu aset yang kondisinya lebih baik di kota tersebut. Katedral Iquitos juga terkenal karena memiliki ruang bawah tanah.

Pembangunan katedral dimulai pada tahun 1911 setelah pembongkaran kuil kuno dan diresmikan pada tanggal 16 Maret 1919, dengan menara selesai pada tahun 1924.
