Katedral Port of Spain yang bernama resmi Katedral Basilika Maria Dikandung Tanpa Noda (bahasa Inggris: Cathedral Basilica of the Immaculate Conception) adalah sebuah gereja katedral Katolik yang terletak di Port of Spain, ibu kota negara Trinidad dan Tobago.[1] Katedral ini menjadi takhta dan tempat kedudukan bagi Keuskupan Agung Port of Spain. Konstruksi gereja ini dimulai pada tahun 1816 dan selesai pada tahun 1851.[2] Pada tahun yang sama katedral diberi status kehormatan basilika minor.[3]
