Katharine Augusta Carl (1865–1938) (terkadang dieja Katherine Carl)[1] adalah pelukis dan penulis asal Amerika Serikat yang menghabiskan waktu selama sembilan bulan pada tahun 1903 di Cina untuk melukis lukisan potret Ibu suri Cixi untuk St. Louis Exposition.

Setelah kembali ke Amerika ia menerbitkan buku tentang pengalamannya dengan judul With the Empress Dowager. Ia lahir pada tahun 1865 di New Orleans, Louisiana dan meninggal pada tahun 1938 di Kota New York.
