Kay Ellen Ivey (lahir 15 Oktober 1944) adalah seorang politikus Amerika Serikat yang menjabat sebagai gubernur Alabama ke-54 sejak 2017. Sebagai anggota Partai Republik, ia menjadi Bendahara Alabama ke-38 dari 2003 sampai 2011 dan wakil gubernur Alabama ke-30 dari 2011 sampai 2017.
Ivey menjadi gubernur perempuan kedua dan gubernur Partai Republik perempuan pertama di Alabama usai pengunduran diri pendahulunya, Robert J. Bentley.
