Kayaba Industry Co, Ltd (カヤバ工業株式会社, Kayaba Kogyo Kabushiki-gaisha) (juga dikenal dengan KYB Corporation) adalah perusahaan otomotif Jepang yang berpusat di Tokyo.[2]

Produk utama perusahaan ini adalah Peredam kejut, suspensi udara, sistem power steering, pompa hidrolik, motor, silinder, dan katup.[3] Perusahaan ini merupakan perusahaan peredam kejut terbesar dunia dan juga memiliki pangsa pasar truk pengaduk beton terbesar di Jepang dengan 85% pasar.[4]

Perusahaan ini memiliki 34 pabrik perakitan dan 62 kantor di 21 negara.[5]
