Kegubernuran Yerusalem (bahasa Arab: محافظة القدس dibaca : Muhāfazhah al-Quds) adalah salah satu dari 16 kegubernuran di Tepi Barat, Palestina. Kegubernuran ini mempunyai 2 subdistrik: Yerusalem J1 yang mencakup daerah-daerah di dalam wilayah yang dikuasai oleh kota Yerusalem Israel (Yerusalem Timur) dan Yerusalem J2 yang mencakup bagian-bagian yang tersisa dari Kegubernuran Yerusalem. Ibu kota kegubernuran adalah Yerusalem Timur.

Total luas tanah kegubernuran ini adalah 344 km². Menurut Biro Statik Pusat Palestina, kegubernuran ini memiliki populasi 429.500 penduduk pada tahun 2005, menyumbang 10,5% warga Palestina yang tinggal di Teritorial Palestina
