Keisuke Kuwata (桑田 佳祐, Kuwata Keisuke, lahir 26 Februari 1956) adalah pemusik asal Jepang. Dia adalah penyanyi, pencipta lagu, multi-instrumentalis, gitaris memimpin dan vokalis di grup musik Southern All Stars. Dia menjadi yang terkenal saat menyanyikan lagu-lagu utamanya seperti "Kanashii Kimochi (Just A Man In Love)", "Ituka Dokoka-de (I Feel The Echo)", "Mayonaka-no Dandy", "Tsuki", "Naminori Jonny", "Shiroi koibitotachi", "Tokyo", dan "Ashita Harerukana".
