Kerjantara[1] (bahasa Inggris: employment agency) adalah organisasi yang mencocokkan majikan kepada karyawan. Di semua negara maju, terdapat agen tenaga kerja yang didanai secara publik dan beberapa bisnis pribadi yang juga bertindak sebagai agen tenaga kerja.
