Keuskupan Middlesbrough (bahasa Latin: Dioecesis Medioburgensis; bahasa Inggris: Diocese of Middlesbrough) adalah sebuah keuskupan Katolik Roma yang berpusat di Middlesbrough, Inggris dan merupakan bagian dari provinsi gerejawi Keuskupan Agung Liverpool. Keuskupan tersebut didirikan pada 20 Desember 1878, dengan membagi Keuskupan Beverley menjadi dua yang meliputi seluruh Yorkshire.[1][2]
