Kim Jae-hwan (Hangul: 김재환, lahir 27 Mei 1996) adalah penyanyi asal Korea Selatan. Ia merupakan mantan anggota dari grup idola asal Korea Selatan, Wanna One. Sekarang ia fokus untuk bersolo karier.[2]

Awal karier
Kim masuk sebagai semifinalis pada Korea's Got Talent 2 pada tahun 2012.[3]
Pada tahun 2016, Kim Jae-hwan diundang untuk tampil di program musik baru tentang penyanyi profesional amatir yang berhadapan dengan judul Vocal War: God's Voice. Dalam episode percontohan, Kim mendapat kesempatan untuk melanjutkan ke babak berikutnya dengan membawakan lagu Boohwal "The Beautiful Truth".[4] Dia akhirnya muncul sebagai pemenang episode pertama dengan penampilannya dengan membawakan lagu "Autumn in Front of the Post Office" yang awalnya dibawakan oleh Yoon Do-hyun, penyanyi veteran yang dia lawan.[5]
