Kkul-tarae (Hangul: 꿀타래; lit. "honey skein"), adalah makanan penutup Korea yang dibuat dari permen jenggot Naga Tiongkok. Hidangan ini populer sebagai jajanan kaki lima di jalanan Korea seperti Insadong.
Metode memasak
Adonan keras dari campuran madu-maltosa diremas, dipelintir, diregangkan dan ditarik ke dalam gulungan benang sutra, di mana berbagai macam manisan kacang, coklat, atau isian lainnya dibungkus.[1]
