Kobelco Cranes Co., Ltd. merupakan salah satu produsen alat-alat berat utama dan berkantor pusat di Tokyo, Jepang yang berdiri sejak tanggal 1 April 2004.

Kobelco Cranes Co., Ltd. mempunyai sejarah panjang lebih dari 7 dekade, diawali sebagai divisi construction machinery dari Kobe Steel.Ltd., kemudian sebagai divisi crane dari Kobelco Construction Machinery Co.,Ltd., dan sekarang menjadi perusahaan yang berdiri sendiri. Ini semua berawal dari tahun 1930 ketika Kobe Steel mengeluarkan produk mesin konstruksi buatan domestik Jepang yang pertama.
